Delay Processing New Metric Names

Resolved

From 12:34 UTC to 13:24 UTC an issue with the service responsible for adding new metrics caused by a recent deploy resulted in the addition of new metrics being delayed. We have reverted this deploy and the service is processing all delayed metrics from this time period. This issue is now resolved and new metric processing is operating normally. All metrics created during this time frame are now being processed normally.
