It was a difficult business decision, but MetricFire will be discontinuing its Hosted Prometheus service as of 22 June 2021 UTC 4AM (https://www.metricfire.com/hosted-prometheus/). MetricFire will continue providing our flagship Hosted Graphite solution to all our customers. All MetricFire Prometheus users have been contacted last week about the change in service. If your company is interested in a Hosted Prometheus service in the future, we have partnered with a Prometheus-as-a-Service provider which allows MetricFire to give our customers special pricing on their services. Please contact sales@metricfire.com with any queries.
